Ohio Roller Girls Feature: Trip Tease

Q1: How did you get into started with the Ohio Roller Girls? How long have you been skating?
A: I have been skating with the OHRG since May 2005. I have always loved Roller Derby, even when I was a kid watching it in the 70s. When I heard about a league starting here, I knew I had to be a part of it.

Q2: What position do you play?
A: I play in the pack, mainly as a pivot

Q3: What makes you tougher than the next girl?
A: My drive to play the best that I can

Q4: How many tattoos do you have?
A: Only one. Will be getting my second this summer (July)

Q5: Where do you get your ink?
A: Mine was done by Kat of the Artful Dodger

Q6: Any plans for future tattoos?
A: I am getting a skate-related one this summer

Q7: When you're not kicking ass in the rink, what are you up to?
A: I am an Assistant Director of an Art Gallery by day

Q8: Roller girls have a tough girl/pinup girl tough and sexy quality to them - does that carry over into your life outside the rink as well as inside the rink? If so, in what way does it affect your outside life?
A: I was a tough girl before derby.
